The entire apartment is brightly lit with natural light from windows in every room facing East and West on the second floor.
The cosy bedroom is modernly furnished with a brand new Memory Foam mattress, a chest of drawers, and a 4 seasons wardrobe and shoe cabinet. The living room and home office include a comfortable double sofa bed, 40-inch SmartTV, a large desk, printer station, and an 88 key digital piano. The bathroom is large and comfortable with a counter top, toilet, bidet, and spacious shower. The fully equipped kitchen has a 4-seater dining table and balcony with outdoor table and chairs.
The bedroom, bathroom and eat-in kitchen overlook an internal courtyard with lawn and trees.
